Posture Alert requires notification permissions. This permission is essential for the core functionality of the app, which is to send you notifications reminding you to maintain a healthy posture. We do not use or require any sensitive permissions such as access to storage (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE). The notifications permission is requested when the app is first started.
